Hours sits in your Mac's menu bar and quietly records what you worked on. At the end of the day it turns that into a UCA timesheet you review and send — instead of trying to remember Tuesday on Friday afternoon.

After you install it

1. Open it once. There's no Dock bounce and no window — look for the mark in the menu bar, top right.
2. Pair it with UCA. In UCA, open your timesheet and choose Connect my Mac. Hours picks up the link, or you can paste the code it shows you.
3. Allow window titles. macOS will ask. Without it Hours can only see which app is in front — not which project you're in. The titles never leave your Mac.

What Hours records stays on your Mac. Only three things ever go out, and you start all three: a timesheet you send, an AI draft you ask for, and the project list it reads back from UCA. Privacy & settings inside the app lists every request it has ever made.
